My name is Eun Soo, and I've made a commitment to plan and go on 2-3 trips each year with my parents while I still can. We are all getting older and time is passing by too quickly. I want to intentionally take time to spend it and make memories with my parents, while I still can.

Hi, I’m Eun Soo. 👋

If you’re into traveling, or dreaming about your next big adventure, especially with older loved ones, you’re in the right place.

I love exploring the world, and even more, sharing those experiences with the people who matter the most to me, especially my parents.

Recently, I started capturing our adventures and felt inspired to share them, hoping they spark ideas (and maybe a little motivation!) for you to create your own unforgettable memories with the people you care about, especially your older loved ones, while you still can.

To make life easier, I started putting together detailed, day-by-day itineraries of the places my parents and I have explored. They’re completely free. No catch. Just sharing the love. 💛

Thanks so much for stopping by, and have fun exploring! The world is waiting. 🌍

The Dolomites & Milan – Italy

11-day trip

Aug – Sept 2025

My parents, my gomo (“aunt” in Korean) – all in their mid to late 70s – and I (mid-40s) took our very first trip to the Dolomites (and Milan).

The Dolomites is truly a magical place – stunning, serene, and full of unforgettable beauty that took our breath away. It has something for everyone, no matter their age or fitness level. I built flexibility into our itinerary so each of us could enjoy the trip in our own way and own pace, while still sharing many special moments together.

Athens, Naxos, and Santorini – Greece

10-day trip

May – Jun 2024

My parents and I took an unforgettable trip to Greece, from the ancient historical city of Athens to the serene beauty of Naxos and the iconic caldera views of Santorini.

I wanted my parents to experience the Greek islands in the best way possible – not part of a rushed tour group where they often shuffle people from place to place. Instead, I wanted them to explore at a gentle pace, to linger, and to soak in the beauty, culture, and unhurried rhythm that make the Greek islands so magical.

My parents, my sister, and I walked the Camino de Santiago, the Portuguese Way, and explored beautiful parts of Galicia. It was epic!
